As for toggle-able pubic hair, this is unlikely to occur on a game wide scale though there may be some scenes that involve optional public hair or characters that have permanent pubic hair.

There is no NTR currently in the game, nor will there ever be. There is also currently no MMF and while there is unlikely to ever be any I won't promise it won't happen in the future. Most fetishes also come with the option to disable scenes that include those fetishes, so you don't have to see things you don't want to.
